What is sensitive skin?
Sensitive skin is generally defined as skin that is more prone to be reactive to external aggressors both in the environment and in skincare. People with sensitive skin may have strong reactions to chemicals, dyes, and fragrances present in products that come into contact with the skin. Key indicators of sensitive skin are redness, dry patches, itching, and blemishes.
How to Care for Sensitive Skin
A moisturiser with SPF 30, should be worn daily, even during cloudy weather. Skin should be kept hydrated by drinking plenty of water and by using a moisturiser appropriate for your skin type. Very hot or cold temperatures should be avoided, where possible.
